We know that waste disposal is a very dangerous job, and it is best to choose automated processing. Of course, some waste materials require manual processing. So in dealing withPrecision metal stampingWhat issues should we pay attention to when dealing with waste materials? Many friends may not be very clear about it, let's learn about it together below.
We need to first understand that the packaging of precision metal stamping parts can be divided into two types: automated processing and non automated processing.
1、 Safety measures for automated processing of precision metal stamping waste:
1. We can set up a cutting blade on the precision metal stamping mold to block the waste, and then press the blocks at the conveyor belt to the packaging machine. In addition, we need to pay attention to separating the blocks at a certain distance when using the press.
2. Using a receiving drum to wind up waste materials, the appearance of the receiving drum is actually similar to that of a strip steel drum. The waste materials from precision metal stamping parts can be used as materials for other products after being wound up by the receiving drum. Because the motor of the receiving drum is independently driven, it can also be driven by a press or feeding mechanism.
3. When selecting ordinary sheet metal for processing, the waste of precision metal stamping parts is conveyed by a conveyor belt, cut short by a waste chopper, and pressed into blocks by a press machine.
2、 Safety measures for non automated processing of precision metal stamping waste:
1. To prevent incidents from happening, we should add a protective cover. During the operation, waste should not flow out or scatter near the operator.
2. It is better not to have sharp corners or burrs on the waste to avoid harming people, and when cutting the waste, the size should be appropriate to avoid injuring the operators near the algae.
3. If the waste cannot fall by its own weight, once it hangs at the edge of the blade, throwing and pushing devices should be used to force it to fall.
4. The chute for removing waste needs to pass through the end of the pad and align with the mouth of the waste pit. When installing the chute, pay attention to whether the screws of the precision metal stamping mold are tightened.
5. When waste passes through pipelines, it is important to note that if the width and height of the straight line are not sufficient, blockages may occur. It is also advisable to avoid passing two or more types of waste through the same pipeline as much as possible.
6. When the waste is discharged from the oblique punching hole, it should be automatically layered and crushed. There should be at least 100 pieces of waste stored on the upper or lower mold seat. If the waste from the two places is gathered together, there should be enough space for stacking.
