In daily life, hardware is a very common component. Due to its high market demand, there are many hardware stretching parts that need to be processed.Hardware stretching partsSimply put, it is a part made of steel or some non-ferrous metals, and the processing methods include cold/hot stamping, extrusion, rolling, welding, cutting, and other processing methods. What are the factors that affect the service life of metal stretching parts molds? What rebound occurs during the molding process?

The following are the main factors that affect the service life of metal stretching parts molds:

1. Correct mold design;

2. Manufacturing accuracy of production equipment such as punching machines and hydraulic presses;

3. Heat treatment of molds;

4. Mold installation accuracy;

5. Provide strict pre job training for operators, standardize operations, etc.

In general, metal stretching parts are widely used in various parts of our lives, including electronic devices, automotive parts, decorative materials, and so on. The production process of all metal stretching parts is: a multi station progressive continuous punching mold that performs punching on the workpiece of the nail arranging machine, completing processes such as rolling forming and welding. However, there are still some small parts connected to the stamping plate. After punching and welding, the workpiece is sent to a dedicated waveform surface treatment equipment for rust proof grease and welding slag treatment. Complete welding and edge welding work in the shot blasting workshop.

Electromagnetic forming of metal stretching parts is a forming process that not only expands the forming range of aluminum alloys, but also improves the forming performance of aluminum alloys. The specific method of using composite stamping to form aluminum alloy coverings is to use a set of convex and concave molds to attach electromagnetic coils to the sharp corners and difficult to form contours of the aluminum alloy coverings. Use electromagnetic method for forming, then cover the easy to form part of the part with a pair of molds on the press, and then use electromagnetic coils for deformation to complete the forming. The results indicate that using this composite forming method can obtain aluminum alloy coverings that are difficult to obtain using a single stamping method. The present invention can also be used for the connection of metal stretching parts formed in punch presses and the composite forming of various products.

Many difficult to form materials such as magnesium alloys and titanium alloys can be stamped and formed using this method. Due to the requirement for the punching machine to have a stopping effect during the falling process to ensure the heating time of the material, the CNC crankshaft servo motor punching machine can also achieve composite processing including tapping, riveting and other processes in the punching die, effectively expanding the stamping processing range and laying a solid foundation for the popularization and application of magnesium alloys in the plastic processing industry.
