Modern precision metal stamping processing is an important processing technology for precision parts nowadays. Stamping processing is a high-precision processing with high processing efficiency. The processed hardware parts have the characteristics of precision, refinement, and delicacy, and have become an important process in metal processing. Many metal items in our daily lives are added through this processing method. So, what are the processing principles of this processing method.
1. Precision principle: The number of processes for stretching parts is related to material properties, stretching height, stretching steps, stretching diameter, material thickness, and other conditions, and can only be confirmed through stretching process accounting.
2. Fine tuned principle: The number of processes for bending parts mainly depends on the degree of disorder in their structural shape, which in turn depends on the number of bending angles, relative orientations, and bending directions.
3. Exquisite principle: When high requirements are placed on the cross-sectional quality and standard accuracy of stamped parts, it is possible to consider adding edge cutting technology after the punching process, or directly choosing fine punching technology.
4. Precision principle: When punching workpieces with simple shapes, a single process mold can be used to complete it. However, when punching workpieces with messy shapes, due to limitations on the structure or strength of the mold, it is necessary to use multiple hardware stamping processes to determine how many parts need to be punched. If necessary, continuous mode can be used. For workpieces with high flatness requirements, a leveling process can be added after the punching process, which can accurately introduce the characteristics of each product into the production process.
5. Premium principle: In order to ensure the quality of fine metal stamping parts and the stability of advanced metal stamping processing technology, it is sometimes necessary to increase the number of processes. For example, punching during the additional positioning process of bent parts, punching holes to reduce deformation during the forming process to transfer the deformation zone, etc., ensure that each product is of precision, fine, and exquisite quality.
