The stretching part we usually refer to is the cold stamping part, such as an iron plate. If you want to turn it into a fast food dish, you need to first design a set of molds, and the working surface of the mold is the shape of the dish. When using a mold to press an iron plate, it will become the plate you want, which is called cold stamping, that is, directly stamping the hardware material with the mold.
Hardware stretching partsIt is a part made of steel or some non-ferrous metals, and the processing methods include cold/hot stamping, extrusion, rolling, welding, cutting, and other processes. The definition is also quite broad. Stretching parts: commonly used in hardware processing, refer to the process of shaping steel/non-ferrous metal sheets into a specified shape using molds and pressure machines at room temperature. Hardware stretching parts are widely used in various fields of our lives, including electronic devices, automotive parts, decorative materials, etc.
Rockwell hardness tester is used to test the hardness of hardware tensile parts. Small stretching parts with complex shapes can be used for testing, and the flat surface is very small, which cannot be tested by ordinary desktop Rockwell hardness testers. Stretching processing includes processes such as punching, bending, stretching, forming, and precision machining. The materials used for processing stretch parts are mainly hot-rolled or cold-rolled (mainly cold-rolled) metal sheet and strip materials, such as carbon steel plates, alloy steel plates, spring steel plates, galvanized plates, tin plated plates, stainless steel plates, copper and copper alloy plates, aluminum and aluminum alloy plates, etc. In the stretching industry, stamping is sometimes referred to as sheet metal forming, but there are also some differences. The so-called sheet metal forming refers to the forming method of plastic processing using sheet metal, thin-walled tubes, thin materials, etc. as raw materials, which is collectively referred to as sheet metal forming. At this point, deformation in the direction of thick plates is generally not given much consideration.
