1. At the beginning of using the meat grinder blade, check if the direction of rotation is consistent with the markings. Reverse operation is strictly prohibited to avoid damaging the equipment. Additionally, check if the power supply voltage matches the label. If it is a single-phase power supply, the socket should be reliably grounded; If it is a three-phase power supply, the grounding terminal on the machine should be reliably grounded.

2. The processed materials should be peeled and boned, and cut into suitable sizes to facilitate cutting.

3. Please use the feeding rod that comes with the machine, do not use other items, and do not directly feed by hand. During the operation of the meat grinding blade, it is strictly prohibited to put hands into the bucket to ensure safety.

4. If the locking nut is too loose, it will cause poor contact and the meat pan will get stuck. When the meat grinder is too dull, the meat will become uneven or sticky. Please check, adjust, clean in a timely manner, and repair or replace the meat grinding blade if necessary.

5. Please clean the meat grinding blade promptly after use. With the help of tools such as a toothbrush, disassemble the machine in the opposite direction, clean up any remaining meat foam, gently clean it with a toothbrush, and then place it in a cool and ventilated place to prevent bacterial growth.
