With the development of manufacturing industry,Hardware stretching partsThe application in industry is becoming increasingly widespread, and it is also becoming more and more popular in people's lives. Hardware stretching parts manufacturers need to have a deep understanding of the principles and processes of stretching and forming hardware stretching parts in order to better produce them. Next, we will introduce the principle and process of stretching and forming hardware stretching parts.

There are two types of stretch forming in the stamping process, one is the separation process, and the other is the forming process.

Separation process: The separation process refers to the process of separating the blank along a certain contour line to obtain stamped parts with a certain shape, size, and cross-sectional quality.

Stamping forming: The forming process refers to the process of stamping a product, in which the processed material undergoes plastic deformation to reach a certain shape and size without breaking.

Stretch forming is a stamping process that uses molds to shape flat blanks into open hollow parts. As one of the main stamping processes, stretching technology is widely used. The stretching process can be applied to manufacture thin-walled parts with cylindrical, rectangular, stepped, spherical, conical, parabolic, and other irregular shapes. If combined with other stamping forming processes, more complex shapes can be produced.

Using stamping equipment for product stretching and forming processing, including stretching processing, re stretching processing, reverse stretching, refinement, and stretching processing.

Stretching processing: using a pressure plate device and the impact force of a punch to pull a part or all of the flat material into the cavity of a concave mold, forming it into a container with a bottom. The treatment of the side walls of the container parallel to the stretching direction is a simple stretching treatment, while for conical (or conical) containers, the stretching treatment of hemispherical and parabolic descriptors also includes expansion treatment.

Re stretching processing: For deep stretched products that cannot be completed by a single stretching process, it is necessary to stretch the formed product after stretching processing to increase the depth of the formed container.

Reverse stretching processing: In the previous process, the workpiece is stretched in the opposite direction, the inner side of the workpiece becomes the outer side, and the outer diameter becomes smaller.

Thinning and stretching processing: using a punch to squeeze the formed container into a concave mold cavity with an outer diameter slightly smaller than the container, thereby reducing the outer diameter of the bottomed container and reducing the thickness of the thin wall. This not only removes the deviation in wall thickness, but also makes the surface of the container smooth.
