1、 Raw material properties of precision metal stamping parts

1. Material inspection

The raw materials for precision metal stamping parts should have quality certificates to ensure that the materials meet the specified technical requirements. 2. Hardness test

2、 Process requirements for precision metal stamping parts

1. When designing the structure and shape of precision metal stamping parts, simple and reasonable surfaces and their combinations should be used. At the same time, the number of machined surfaces and the machining area should be minimized as much as possible.

2. The separation process does not require materials to have good plasticity, but rather requires materials to have a certain degree of plasticity.

Therefore, high accuracy should not be pursued without sufficient evidence. Similarly, the surface roughness of metal stamping parts should also be adjusted appropriately according to the actual needs of the mating surface.


3、 Principles for selecting precision metal stamping oil

1. Silicon steel sheet: Silicon steel sheet is a material that is relatively easy to press. Generally, in order to ensure the easy cleaning of the finished workpiece and prevent the generation of burrs during punching, low viscosity stamping oil is selected.

2. Carbon steel bars: Carbon steel bars are mainly used for low precision machining of protective plates and other low process requirements for some mechanical equipment. Therefore, when choosing stamping oil, the viscosity of the stretching oil should be paid attention to first.

3. Galvanized steel bar: Galvanized steel bar is a welded steel plate with a hot-dip or electroplated zinc layer on its surface. Due to chemical reactions with chlorine based additives, attention should be paid to the problem of white rust generated by chlorine based stamping oil when selecting stamping oil.

4. Copper and aluminum alloy strips: Due to the good ductility of copper and aluminum, when choosing stamping oil, it is advisable to choose stamping oil containing oil-based agents and good sliding properties. Avoid using stamping oil containing chlorine, otherwise the stamping oil will corrode and cause discoloration on its surface.

5. Stainless steel: Stainless steel is a material that is prone to work hardening and requires the use of stretching oil with high oil film strength and good sintering resistance. Generally, stamping oil containing sulfur-containing chlorine composite additives is used to ensure extreme pressure processing performance and avoid problems such as burrs and cracks on the workpiece.
